There is a rumor going around that it's delurking week in blogland so if you are stopping by take a second to leave a comment to let me know you were here. K? Pretty please?
In the past week I have cleaned out both our car and my purse. My random findings include...
• Adam's tie clip (missing > 1 year)
• lip gloss tube (lost last February)
• Enough change to fill a yogurt cup more than halfway (sticky, crumb covered and now rinsed in my strainer.)
• marker caps
• wads of stickers
• 6 matchbox cars vehicles (Mr. 5yearoldknowitall says several are not cars, one's an SUV even)
• Many miniature firemen accompanied by Spiderman, wolverine and batman figures. (quite a defense arsenal)
• a Wal-Mart sized bag of random receipts, old artwork, and trash
• a diaper pin
Have you found anything that's been missing lately? Care to share?

I'm here! ;)
I'm working through a mountain of laundry. It is amazing what you find there. The missing pairs to mittens, shoes, and much more. :)
When i was reorganizing the closet a little before putting Christmas decorations back I found two treasures that I knew had not been thrown away, but I really wanted to know where they are now that I have Grandkids that would enjoy. Jon's Barbie and Ken dolls with some clothes for Ken made by his Grandma Jean and a small cowboy railroad scene that has a battery powered engine, goes in a figure eight over and under a bridge while a piece of the track flips back and forth. You probably have to see it to understand, but Jon (and Dad, too) had really enjoyed watching it go. They just don't make toys like that anymore.
Hi, just popping in.
We are in the process of moving house so I am in and out of a lot of cupboards etc. The other day I found a bag containing all the operational booklets for stove, air con, security system etc. Would have been lovely if I had found them, say, 6 months ago when both the air con and security system went a little bonkers - sigh.
JUST tonight hubby found our missing cordless phone in a Lazy Boy. It seriously has to have been missing well over 2 years...

Hi there! I noticed that you had stopped by over at my blog- so I wanted to pop over and say hello to you.
It seems I'm always looking for missing socks. Today when changing sheets on the kids' beds I found where many of those socks were hiding!
A couple of weeks ago Dad and I opened a box and found the beautiful 'Silent Night' cross stitch you made for us! What was packed away for a few years is now out to be admired and remind us of you!
