Ok, not quite millions but we went and picked peaches yesterday afternoon an now I have two bushels sitting in my laundry room waiting to be canned. I also have about 1/2 bushel of tomatoes ready to go as well and more to be picked, on top of zucchini needing to be frozen and probably some beets too. I'm going to be up to my eyeballs in canning this week...but at least for now I'm motivated to change the laundry since it smells so yummy and juicy in there!

Yum! That sounds so good. I have never canned anything, but my sister in law does it and I know it can be a lot of work. I think it is great.

Peaches are my favorite fruit!! AH -- with vanilla ice cream!!! I need a hanky to wipe the drool off my chin....

Yes, I froze a bunch last year and they were gone by Easter I like using the frozen ones best for pies and cobblers etc.

I thought they fixed that problem so you should be able to leave comments. Who knows! :) But I did just figure out I could use the "other" button to put in the blog address. I am not real quick with the technology things sometimes! :)
