I've finally uploaded pictures of our living room all decked out for Christmas.
Helping Daddy bring in the tree...
Playing with a little pewter nativity - I like how he trys to give tiny baby Jesus a hug.
The finished product (although the bottom third is changing daily) and I've tried so very many times in the last couple of weeks but the angel on top just wants to lean this year!
I usually do something more festive on the mantle but this year I thought I'd keep it simple.

Wow, beautiful tree! And the picture of your little man with a tree limb is adorable...
Oh I just love the butterflies! Your tree is lovely!
Everything looks soo pretty! I don't dare post pics of our christmas decor this year in fear that people will think the flipflop mamma is living in poverty! LOL.we're still crammed in this little one-bedroom house!
Butterflies on the Christmas tree? My dream!!!
(I'm not sure I ever shared that I have a love of butterflies too)
I love the Butterflies, your tree and all of you!
Wow, the boys allow butterflies?! Good for you, Mom. And your house looks great. But I have to say I REALLY like that image above your fireplace. Please do share the details...
That IS a gorgeous tree! The butterflies are beautiful, too. I miss having a mantle and VERY MUCH identify with "the bottome third changing daily". ;)
Hey, thank you for your prayers, re: my son. And thank you for sharing about your cousin, too. How very nice that you've learned some sign to communicate better with her!
The butterflies are beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful. I love the simplicity and that child is so precious.

P.S. If you haven't already, you should link this up over at BooMama's Christmas Tour of Homes!
Great photos -- thanks for sharing!!
Love the butterflies.
My 1-year old loves to help decorating the Christmas tree, too. He is still helping, although the tree has been decorated more than a week ago.
Here's what he does: He goes to tree. He removes the decorations. He puts them in the floor. Then he puts it back on the tree.
He can do that all day long.
