I'm great about avoiding trans fats, cooking whole foods, even eating local and organic from our food co-op. But my sweet tooth gets me still. And my kids are even more addicted to ice cream than I am to cookies. *sigh* Baby steps, baby steps...Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15729511504280715449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29413918.post-45711436125805512132008-01-25T13:49:00.000-07:002008-01-25T13:49:00.000-07:00I think nutrition is so important, yet so many cav...I think nutrition is so important, yet so many cave into the "convenience" of processed foods. Food allergies have actually been a blessing for our family. It has made me much more aware of what we are eating. If there's more than three ingredients, I usually don't buy it. And fresh foods and organic. as much as possible. Now if it only didn't cost so much!Lisa @ Heaven Senthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15795670644423933851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29413918.post-65362728369117694222008-01-24T22:41:00.000-07:002008-01-24T22:41:00.000-07:00a very smart posting...stuff that i know just enou...a very smart posting...stuff that i know just enough about to be nervous (about processed foods). i'll keep reading and learning!!!! *elizabethElizabeth Byler Yountshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05063220668900409811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29413918.post-49180924820686955792008-01-23T09:58:00.000-07:002008-01-23T09:58:00.000-07:00That is interesting. Consumers voiced their concerns and now there are actually much healthier selections available. Yeah! Now, if we could get less sugar and other additives.

I will have to check into stevia. Never heard of it before.momteacherfriendhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14139385117623482343noreply@blogger.com
